Karen Perez

Karen Perez is a dynamic and results-driven executive with a proven track record of success in leadership roles. In 2013 and at the age of 23, Karen co-founded what is now Prestige Temp Staffing. Known for her strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges, Karen has successfully led teams to achieve and exceed their goals. With a focus on implementing innovative strategies, she has consistently delivered exceptional results in terms of revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability. Karen's leadership style is characterized by an emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and empowering employees. She believes in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Karen is actively involved in the community, dedicating time and resources to philanthropic efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Houston- Downtown and has a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. When Karen is not working, she likes to travel and spend quality time outdoors with her husband and two children.

Alicia Tapia

Alicia is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in small business finance, financial management, and business strategic planning. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, making her an invaluable asset in driving financial success for organizations. As a CFO, Alicia is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Alicia is known for her ability to effectively manage complex financial operations while simultaneously driving business growth. Her strategic approach enables her to optimize capital allocation, minimize risk, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. In addition to her financial expertise, Alicia is highly knowledgeable in business operations and carries many years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2013, Alicia co-founded what is now Prestige Temp Staffing. Her experience in the industry led her to develop many strong relationships with clients which ultimately led to the company’s success. Alicia Tapia attended the National Autonomous University of Mexico where she pursued a degree in business. Outside of her professional commitments, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, and engaging in community service initiatives. She believes in giving back to society and actively contributes to charitable organizations focused on education and women empowerment movements.

Fernando Nava

Fernando Nava is the Director of Operations at Prestige Temp Staffing and oversees all personnel placement, fulfills all client requests, and actively seeks growth opportunities for the company and staff. Fernando Nava joined Prestige Temp Staffing in 2020 and was named Director of Operations in early 2021. Fernando has more than 20 years of experience in management positions and handling staff of various volumes. Fernando is proud to have been managing and recruiting staff for six major departments at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over three seasons. Some of Fernando’s hobbies include watching and playing baseball and listening to music.

Jose Bello

Jose Bello oversees Customer Relations and is responsible for handling client requests and providing logistical support for Prestige Temp Staffing. Jose began at Prestige Temp Staffing in the middle of 2021 and was named Customer Relations in 2022. Jose holds a Master of Business Administration obtained from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin, headquartered in Zulia, Venezuela. Jose has enjoyed playing a key role in staffing the MLB World Series season for the Astros and has experienced managing 400+ staff while at Prestige Temp Staffing. Jose has demonstrated a high retention rate of his recruits and has successfully preserved clients through his unequivocal availability for mitigating and problem-solving. During his free time, Jose loves to spend time with his wife and two children.

Laura Geraud

Laura Geraud serves as the Office Manager and Accounts Payable at Prestige Temp Staffing. Laura has been with Prestige Temp Staffing since 2021 and additionally serves as the Office Manager as of 2023. Laura is proud to have worked alongside the executive team of Prestige Temp Staffing during its most significant moments. Laura is known to be an innovative force, providing revolutionizing ideas and implementing them for more efficient processes within the administrative department. Laura is originally from Venezuela and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Zulia Venezuela. Laura loves animals, jogging, going to the movies, traveling and spending time with her family.

Natalie Perez

Natalie Perez is the Accounts Receivable at Prestige Temp Staffing. Natalie joined the company in early 2022 and became the Accounts Receivable in 2023. In addition to her accounting duties, she leads Prestige Temp Staffing social media marketing and promotions for user interaction and company traction on the web. During her time at Prestige Temp Staffing, Natalie has single-handedly led marketing campaigns with results showing 50% more traffic to the official company website, Instagram page, and Facebook page. She also has enjoyed the opportunity to assist with refreshing the company website and graphic designing other visual aesthetics of the company. Natalie holds an Associate of Science and is currently obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. On her free time, Natalie loves following Los Angeles Dodgers baseball, exercising, eating seafood, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
