Karen Perez
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / CO-OWNER
Karen Perez is a dynamic and results-driven executive with a proven track record of success in leadership roles. At the age of 23, Karen co-founded what is now Prestige Temp Staffing. Known for her strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges, Karen has implemented innovation and has consistently delivered exceptional results in terms of revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability. Karen's leadership style is characterized by an emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and empowering employees. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Karen is actively involved in the community, dedicating time and resources to philanthropic efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Houston- Downtown and has a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. When Karen is not working, she likes to travel and spend quality time outdoors with her family.

Alicia Tapia
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER / CO-OWNER
Alicia is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in small business finance, financial management, and business strategic planning. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, making her an invaluable asset in driving financial success for organizations. Alicia is known for her ability to effectively manage complex financial operations while simultaneously driving business growth. Her strategic approach enables her to optimize capital allocation, minimize risk, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. In 2013, Alicia co-founded what is now Prestige Temp Staffing. Her experience in the industry led her to develop many strong relationships with clients which ultimately led to the company’s success.
Alicia Tapia attended the National Autonomous University of Mexico where she pursued a degree in business. Outside of her professional commitments, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, and engaging in community service initiatives. She believes in giving back to society and actively contributes to charitable organizations focused on education and women empowerment movements.

Luis Gomez
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Luis is a strategic leader with extensive experience in hospitality staffing operations and business development. As Managing Director of Prestige Temp Staffing, he oversees operational excellence and growth initiatives across multiple market sectors, including stadium concessions, catering services, and event staffing solutions. With a proven track record in scaling hospitality workforce operations, Luis brings expertise in client relationship management, quality assurance, and strategic partnerships that drive organizational success. In his past role at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Luis displayed his business expertise by positioning HPE to save $Xb in the 2023 fiscal year. Luis' leadership earned him the President's award that year. Currently pursuing his MBA at Rice University, Luis combines hands-on industry experience with advanced business acumen in organizational leadership, financial management, and strategic planning. His approach emphasizes building sustainable systems, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Jose Bello
STAFFING COORDINATOR
Jose Bello sits as the Staffing Coordinator and is responsible for handling client requests and providing complete logistical support for Prestige Temp Staffing. Jose began at Prestige Temp Staffing in the middle of 2021. Jose holds a Master of Business Administration obtained from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin, headquartered in Zulia, Venezuela. Jose has enjoyed playing a key role in staffing the MLB World Series season for the Astros and the Houston Rodeo, and has experience managing 400+ staff while at Prestige Temp Staffing. Jose has demonstrated a high retention rate of his recruits and has successfully preserved clients through his unequivocal availability for mitigating and problem-solving. During his free time, Jose loves to spend time with his wife and two children.

Laura Geraud
OFFICE MANAGER / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Laura Geraud serves as the Office Manager and Accounts Payable at Prestige Temp Staffing. Laura has been with Prestige Temp Staffing since 2021 and additionally serves as the Office Manager as of 2023. Laura is proud to have worked alongside the executive team of Prestige Temp Staffing during its most significant moments. Laura is known to be an innovative force, providing revolutionizing ideas and implementing them for more efficient processes within the administrative department. Laura is originally from Venezuela and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Zulia Venezuela. Laura loves animals, jogging, going to the movies, traveling and spending time with her family.
